Rules for using the VideoParliament.ie platform
1. General provisions
These terms govern the use of the VideoParliament.ie platform, available at videoparliament.ie.
The platform is operated by Videoparliament Ireland Limited, a small company registered in Ireland, with registered office at 4 Sean Bhóthar, Latt, Co. Cavan.
Use of the platform is free of charge and does not require registration or login.
By accessing the website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please leave the site.
2. Nature of the platform
VideoParliament.ie is an independent information platform documenting public speeches by persons holding public office, in particular TDs (Teachtaí Dála), Senators (Seanadóirí), MEPs and ministers.
Published materials are informational and documentary in nature, and serve to increase the transparency of public debate.
The platform is not affiliated with the Houses of the Oireachtas (Tithe an Oireachtais), the Oireachtas Service, or any other public institution.
3. Copyright and licence
Compilations, editorial arrangements and presentation of content on the platform are the intellectual property of the operator or its licensors.
Video materials are sourced primarily from the Oireachtas broadcasting service and official public institution broadcasts.
Users may use platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying, distributing or selling editorial materials without permission is prohibited.
4. Liability
The operator endeavours to ensure that published content is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or freedom from errors.
The platform is provided on an “as is” basis. The operator is not liable for interruptions in service or for damages arising from use of the platform.

6. Final provisions
