Thank you, Laskar Heerlach. I, too, support Senator Norris in this. In the appointments in this Bill in general, there is an exclusion, first and foremost, of members of local authorities, but when I look at this particular section, I wonder how IFOOT and TUI, the two trade unions that would be representing third-level institutions, feel about students being given a priority here, and trade unions being ignored in this particular section, from what I can see, maybe I'm wrong, maybe I've misread it, but it looks like you can appoint a student, but there's no provision here to appoint members from either of the trade unions that represent the teaching staff in these colleges, so I'd be just interested in what the Minister has to say, maybe I've misread it somewhere, but I'd be interested in hearing the Minister's reply.
