Just in relation to the Minister's statement there about there being no conspiracy involved in this, that's quite okay in this room. It's the people who this applies to who may interpret that there is some sort of a conspiracy going on, who will seek to have this piece of the legislation examined before the courts. I just think you cannot have different selection procedures for the same post. The selection procedure has to be the same for all applicants and I can't see how that would work under this particular section.
