Just very briefly, I can see where Senator Byrne was coming from with respect to the amendment number 51 there, but I'm just a little concerned that Aontu, The Ross may be silenced by a minister where the heads of higher education institutions may voice their views, that's my understanding, I may be wrong and the minister might clear it up for me, but is it possible that the president of a university might have some negative comments to make about higher education policy and is there a likelihood then given the overarching role of Aontu, The Ross to discipline the institution in question for speaking their mind or for speaking out against government policy, you might just clear that up for me, I'm a little confused on that one, thank you. Thank you.
